Retail shopping is the selling of goods, and services on the Internet, directly to customers. As researched, during the past few years, the population of retail shopping has dramatically increased. As the popularity grows, the web has rapidly become a multibillion-dollar source of revenue for the world's businesses. In this paper, I will analyse the factors that influenced the increasing popularity of retail shopping. Retail shopping is a very convenient way of shopping, which allows consumers to access and purchase the product much easier. As it is a 24-hour-a-day showcase for their products, this allows consumers to shop, and purchase whenever they want. This may be beneficial to consumers that have a large workload, as they usually are people that would not have time to shop around; also, these customers are mostly to be potential customers as they have the ability to pay for the product, which benefits the firm....
