The Coca Cola Company is the world's largest beverage company, largest manufacturer, distributor and marketer of non-alcoholic beverage concentrates and syrups in the world. It is also known as one of the largest corporations in the United States. The company was established in 1886 and is best known for its flagship product Coca-Cola which was invented in 1886. In this report, I will undertake a SWOT and PESTLE Analysis for the chosen company named above. SWOT Analysis is a strategic planning tool used to evaluate the Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats involved in a business. Strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats analysis provides a framework within which marketers can identify significant developments in the market. SWOT Analysis helps a company focus on their strengths, improve their weaknesses, to take the greatest opportunity
