Argos When a customer wants to order a product through Argos, they have to firstly get a catalogue and find the product they want by looking through the book, after they have done this and found the right product they want, they go to the shop and see if it is in stock, they do this by putting the item code into a program that connects to the stock computer and then checks to see if your product is in stock. If it is they go to the checkout and pay for the item they want. When you have paid for the item, you get a little piece of paper with a number on it, this is like a receipt that tells your what your product is, how much it has cost you and then tells you which 'pick-up point' to wait at, this number is relevant to what you have...
