WE HAVE EYES TO SEE WITH, EARS TO HEAR WITH, WHY THEN DO WE ERR? It is thorough are five senses that our brain perceives information from the physical world. Before one can go any further in this essay, there are a few words that must be defined for a proper understanding of the essay. The first word is perception. Perceiving something is the process of using the senses to acquire information about the surrounding environment or situation. The second word is sensation. Sensation is a physical feeling caused by having one or more of the sense organs stimulated. Another word is the mind. The mind is the centre of consciousness that generates thoughts, feelings, ideas, and perceptions and stores knowledge and memories. We have the five classical senses which are; hearing, sight, smell, taste and touch. The Sense Organs in humans take outside information for evaluation and response....
