Statement of Problem Tracey Taylor School of Dancing has been in business for 11 years. It is a small company, which is run by the self-employed owner, with some small voluntary help from some more experienced pupils. The business is primarily a dancing school but also sells specialist ballroom dancing shoes to both its pupils and the public. The business is well known and respected within the local community, as many of the pupils, both adults and children are generated from the surrounding villages and the main use of the village hall is as the dancing school. The dancing schools high popularity, coupled with both successes in amateur competition and the popularity of the recent hit television show, "Strictly Come Dancing" is excellent for the company, as it has generated even more interest in the sport of ballroom dancing and has ensured that their will be plenty of customers in the...
