I have chosen to be a sole trader because of these reasons: * It is very easy to set up and there aren't all of the forms to fill in. * It is easy to continue the business after the initial start up. * Being a sole trader has many tax advantages. * I will have much more control over the business and the decisions of the business. * Running the business is much more private. * I will have more flexibility so I can do more of what I want.
