Introduction The business that I have chosen to do my coursework on is a shoe shop. I chose this because I think that it will be a good business to do to start and run because people need shoes people need shoes for example when children are going back to school and as children are growing so fast they will need a new pair of shoes every three to four months. The size of the business will be small to medium and will be under sole proprietor ownership, In the tertiary sector as it is a retail outlet. My target market will be mainly teenagers but there will be a variety for adults and even small children. My competition will be Clarks, Sun and Sand, Studio R, Brantano, Bally, Pretty fit and Milano.
