INTRODUCTION Organisations employ various resources such as finance, raw materials, people, plant and equipment in order to achieve their objectives and this will be discussed in more detail. An organisation is a group of individuals who work together in order to achieve objectives and to provide satisfaction for their members. (Mullins, 1993). There are a various different types of organisations set up to meet individuals needs. (Mullins, 1993).
