Description of task The Alameida Video club had some problems and difficulties with their current system. The programmer of the system left to Belgium and they were in need of help. This business needs to be up and running again in 3 days because of the amount of money loss due to being a main Video shop in Gibraltar. The services which they provide are PC, Game Cube, PS2 and Xbox games as well as DVD's and Video rentals. I have been observing people whilst they use their existing system and I have seen that they have encountered problems. Their existing system is currently having problems and people working on it have not been able to fix it.
