Statement and analyzing the problem Eddie is the owner of a video store that is called Edgy Eddie's Video Store, and is located at the back of Thornton's Railway Station. It's a great place for a video store because there are a lot of houses by his shops and there is no competition around him for about 10 miles. So Eddie gets all of the business around that particular area. But because he has all of the business and his main priority is his customers, his main problem is not having enough videos available. A problem that I can help Eddie out on is to build a fast and efficient system for him and his business, which is one of his many main priorities where there is a lot of room for improvement.
