Information Communication Technology - ICT The rapid change of ICT has affected most large companies. CS is one of those companies that have been vividly changed with ICT and has changed the company for the better but also it has worsened something's in the company. CS uses ICT internally and externally of their organisation to be more competitive in markets, which the information has to be relevant and accurate so that the production, marketing, distribution and cost control is more efficient. Communication- involves sending a message between a 'sender' and a 'receiver.' The communication channel is the route by which a message is sent between the sender and the receiver. The communication channel can involve a range of communication media. A communication medium is the written, oral or technological method used to communicate a message.
