In this report, I'll look at a restaurant called "Sancho's". It's also a deliveries company. There are two branches, in Ilford and Stepney. I chose this company because I know the owner, so I'd have easy access to the information required for me to write this report. The purpose of this report is to see how this business communicates. The report takes a look at how they communicate within their own business and among other businesses. The two main types of communications are: * Internal- manager to employees, to inform them about certain jobs that are to be done. * External- managers to suppliers, to discuss the orders. The report will include data that has been recorded during research, recommendations, and a conclusion.
