Introduction In this IT project I am going to use Microsoft Access to computerise and store the information of all the students in my form group which will allow the form tutor access to each pupils respective data. This will make it much quicker and easier for my tutor to access and update information on all the students when and as the data changes. My form tutor will be able to add new students to the class, edit students details (address, contact numbers etc) keep up to date with student progress etc. and to have a whole picture of her tutor group and their subjects and progress. The project is based at St Columba Boys GM school where my tutor - Mr Gordon Paull works as an English Teacher and also is Head of the department. He needs to keep up to date with the progress of all the students in his tutor group...
