Statement of Problem Description of Problem In a sports centre people come to exercise and do leisure activities. There are various activities in a sports centre. There are gyms in the sports centre and there are also football courts, tennis courts, swimming pools etc. The kind of information a sports centre needs to collect is the persons name, address, medical records, credit card details and hobbies/interests about sports. The persons name and address would be used to send mails to them. If the sports centre knows what interests they have, they could send them information on any openings or events. The person's medical records would be used to help their fitness instructor decide what exercises they should do. Their credit card details would be needed to pay for their membership or renew their membership. The person's information is stored in files either by the date they joined the sports centre or by their membership...
