I will be looking into London Luton airport to see how they measure their aims and objectives. Many companies set aims and objectives this is because without setting objectives they would not be very successful, also they wouldn't be able to measure their progress to see if they are making positive movements. By setting aims, objectives, and achieving them, it shows a positive view on the company. Businesses survive by providing services or goods to satisfy their customer's wants and needs they need to be very flexible. To see how well they are doing companies set themselves objectives to see how well or bad their service is. E.G, an objective can be to sell all the Christmas items before the end of the season this is because if a company tries to sell their stock after the date then they would make a loss instead of a profit.
