ICT Within My Community My name is Sam Dean and I live in the North-West of England in the town of Warrington. From a postal point of view it is within the county however Warrington now has its own borough. We are situated between in Merseyside and Greater Manchester. The people within our community require: Water Electricity Food Information Transport ICT probably has the biggest affect on the way that information is passed throughout the community. There are thirteen libraries throughout the borough of Warrington. Most of the libraries in Warrington have good ICT facilities including PC's that have public internet access and word processing facilities, music CD's, DVD's, CD-ROM's. All of the libraries have fax machines and black and white photocopiers.
