Background My project is based on a video store. I chose a video store - Videorama - because my local store has a very poor record system. This has caused and could cause in the future, problems and these can't be resolved unless the store changes its system to accommodate new technology and rapidly advancing times. The store provides a very large number of videos available to buy as well as a wide range of DVD's. The store has problems keeping up with all these sales and requires a fully functional IT system in order to achieve this task. At the present moment most people can only buy videos at the store and the store would like to implement a member system. There are currently quite a number of members and with the increasing popularity of the store the number is likely to quadruple in about 6 months meaning the need...
