Event preparation In this assignment I am going to go into detail of running my own event, creating both individual and group action plans to allow myself to see what stage myself and the rest of the group are at in helping with the planning of the event. As you can see in my appendix I have included group and individual action plans over the course of 4 weeks. I have also included a list of all the things that have to be sorted to allow the event to run smoothly.
