A written document that gives an overview of the company, its future and its financials. It explains what the business is now, what you plan to make it into in the future, how you're going to do it, how much it will cost and how much you'll make. A business plan includes a description of the company, the products and services, the target market, the sales and marketing strategy, the financial documents, and sometimes includes the management team. The business pan takes time and effort to create, and can also cost money to make. So is it really worth putting all this effort in just for a business plan?
