Developing An I.T. System For a Roofing Specialist SPECIFICATION PROBLEM STATEMENTS My end user is a "suspended ceiling specialist" company 'Chadwick Ceilings'*. At the moment, all Mr Chadwick's filing is done on printed sheets, with his name on the top, then, writes in all the details by hand. Due to this, it is very time consuming. He keeps all his documents, in a filing cabinet, which is messy and unorganised. It is supposed to have sections, but sometimes, just ends up in a mess. At the moment, he only uses Quotations, Invoices and letterheads. He does not keep track of his savings, and just relies on his wife's wage when profits are low. My end user wants me to create a Financial Administration System for them to help organise their system. I will make all of the files he uses in one place, through use of a front page.
