Cashflow Report I am a financial advisor who has been asked to take a look at Kevin Jones' new business, this business designs and manufactures burglar alarm systems connected to electronically controlled cameras. I will be advising Kevin about what he needs to consider financially from the information given to me from his market research. I have been given four estimated cashflow reports from Kevin, using these I will help him to consider his options financially: Cashflow 1 - Initial Cashflow Forecast This forecast seems to show that at the end of the year you owe the bank £69180. Throughout the year there is money owed to the bank every month, which would mean that a loan would be needed every month. In order to prevent you from owing money each month we will have to reduce costs and increase cash sales, the business can certainly not survive on owing such a high amount....
