Part of the company organization appears below: In this company there will be problems with communication. This report will look at the needs and importance of good business communications also the range of communication methods available, e.g. people, paper, electronic. Findings Written- methods include letters, e-mails, faxes, messages on notice boards, memos and reports. Written methods are good for permanent records. Also, many people can see copies. However feedback can be difficult to obtain. . Also if you do not understand what someone has written it id hard to check with them. Verbal- These methods include telephone calls, one - to - one conversations , group meetings in person or using video conferencing .This is good information can be given quickly....
