New sets of directions of how to get to the hotel are required, with a map of how to get there included. This must all be on one sheet of paper. 2. A Booking database should be produced, which should enable the hotel to match the wedding parties to rooms, and allow the hotel to accept, reject, or give alternative dates for the wedding ceremonies. 3. A template of the insert required for the inside of the invitation cards and address labels to accompany the wedding invitation cards. 4. A spreadsheet-based system needs to be introduced for making estimates of the wedding costs. 5. A table/seating plan of the reception rooms needs to be created on the computer. 6.
