All businesses need to set themselves targets/goals. This will give them something to work towards achieving over a period of time, usually one year. They have also to set out how they will achieve their aims. I will now explain all the aims of businesses and say how they will be achieved. When a person sets up a business for the first time their main aim is to survive. They do this by having a good unique business idea or a product that is in great demand and that customers will want to buy.
