Entrepreneurialism and Enterprise An Entrepreneur is simply a person who takes the risk of organizing and operating a new business venture. (This is an attitude that can be of value in more traditional employment as well.) This entrepreneur also relates to an enterprise, as the entrepreneur intends to set up and enterprise. Therefore an enterprise is an organization created for business ventures. Also the enterprise over time would be looking to expand as a business therefore the entrepreneur in this enterprise is essential, they will be the ones that control the enterprise therefore it is down to their decisions and plans that will determine whether or not the enterprise succeeds or not.
