I will look at kinetic and collision theories and theory on enzymes as these will all provide information to what the actual experiment will conclude to be and whether it will live up to the actual theory and predictions. Enzymes are biological catalysts and without them we would not be alive. They are produced in all living organisms and allow all the chemical reactions to occur more easily. Although they work powerfully, enzymes are just chemical molecules, made up of proteins. Each type of enzyme has its own unique 3-dimensional shape shared by all its molecules. They are therefore specific in the reactions that they catalyse - one enzyme will react with molecules of one substrate. The
