As I add calcium chloride and the enzyme chymosin to the milk. Once I have carried out this investigation, I will analyse my results by drawing graphs. Hypothesis I predict that as the mass of calcium chloride increases the mass of clotted milk will increase in a given time. I also predict that as the mass of calcium chloride increases the time it takes the milk to clot will decrease, in a given time. And finally, I predict that as the mass of calcium chloride increases the rate of reaction will increases, in a given time.
