Preliminary Experiment of the Enzyme, CATALYSE In this experiment I will be looking at the how hydrogen peroxide reacts with different materials to find out what happens to the enzymes in each material. I will be testing liver both raw and boiled a piece of apple and a piece of potato. I will put each sample into a test tube with 10ml of hydrogen peroxide then leave the experiment for 5 minutes I will then measure my results.
