An experiment to find out the effect of different sucrose solutions on the growth of yeast. In this experiment I will be trying to find out how different amounts of sucrose solutions will effect the growth of yeast. Variables i) Temperature - If the Temperature were to increase it would have a great impact on the experiment, as it will be left for a few days (see later on in procedures). The temperatures inside the chronicle flask will all have to be at a fairly constant level, to allow the yeast cells growth effectively and at a steady rate, as this will be a fair test. ii) Volume of the solution - The volume of solution in each of the test tubes and chronicle flasks must be all the same as other wise the experiment would not be a fair test. iii) The amount of yeast - The amount of yeast put into each...
