The Effect of Enzyme Concentration on Enzyme Activity. Aim- I am going to find out how the times of the protein which can be separated from photographic film by an enzyme (Savinase) are altered, simply by changing the concentration of Savinase. Introduction- Cystic Fibrosis sufferers usually have poor digestion, because of the fact that the pancreatic duct becomes blocked, which limits the enzymes released into the small intestine. I am Hypothesis- I think that the more enzymes that are present in a solution/area, that the faster the reaction will take place, up to a certain point. The reaction will keep on increasing in speed due to the fact that the more enzymes that are there, the more particles can be reacted and thus the reaction will happen faster. If there more enzymes than particles to be reacted, then the reaction will not go any faster, since the extra enzymes will not do...
